What does the site do?

The site explains Bulgarian company, immigration, tax, licensing and property procedures, and we carry out the work for clients who order it: we register companies, prepare and file applications, and handle the paperwork with Bulgarian authorities ourselves.

How do prices and quotes work?

Prices on the site are shown "from" a starting amount, in euro. Indicative prices; the final quote depends on your case.

• A quote becomes binding only when we send it in writing and you accept it in writing.
• State fees, notary fees, certified translations and legalisation of documents are charged separately unless the written quote includes them.
• Where a service has no published starting price, we send a quote after reviewing your request.
• If the scope changes after you accept, we send an updated written quote before doing the extra work.

Who decides on your application?

Bulgarian authorities do. Registrations, permits, visas and certificates are issued by state bodies, not by us, so we do not promise any decision or any processing time.

Our commitment covers our own part: preparing documents correctly and filing them. Timeframes on the site describe that part or the usual official terms; an authority may take longer or ask for more documents.

What are your responsibilities?

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information.
• Tell us promptly about any change that affects your application, such as a new address, passport or employer.
• Pay state fees on time where they are payable by you directly.
• Sign documents or give authorisations when the procedure requires it.

We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information.

How current is the site content?

Each fact carries the date we last checked it against the official source, and we update pages when the law changes. The Editorial policy describes how. A rule can change before we update a page, so check key figures against the source linked next to them.

Links to government and third-party websites are for reference. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

We process the data you send us to prepare a quote and deliver the service you order. What we collect, how long we keep it and your rights under the GDPR are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from its publication date; an accepted written quote keeps the terms in force on the day you accepted it.
