setupinbulgaria.com sets 3 cookies, and all of them come from our own server. One remembers how you answered the cookie banner; two are used for first-party visit counting. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on this site.
Which cookies does this site set?
- privacy_oq — stores your answer to the cookie banner ("Accept all" or "Necessary only"). Lifetime: 365 days. Strictly necessary: without it we could not respect your choice and the banner would return on every page.
- anon_0g — a random visitor ID generated on our server. It lets us count unique visits without knowing your name, email or IP address. Lifetime: 319 days.
- chan_ms — notes how the current visit started, for example from a search engine or by typing the address. Lifetime: 42 minutes, renewed while you keep browsing.
All three are HttpOnly and Secure: scripts on the page cannot read them, and the browser sends them only over HTTPS and only back to setupinbulgaria.com.
Do you use Google Analytics or advertising pixels?
No. Visit counting happens on our own server with the two cookies above, and the results never leave it. No advertising network, social-media pixel or external analytics service receives data from this site, so there are no third-party cookies to list.
When are the visit-counting cookies set?
From your first page view, before you answer the banner. If you choose "Necessary only", we stop setting anon_0g and chan_ms from the next page onwards and your visits are no longer counted; only privacy_oq stays, because it is what remembers the refusal.
Automated crawlers receive no cookies at all.
How do I change or withdraw my choice?
- Delete the cookies for setupinbulgaria.com in your browser settings. The banner appears again on your next visit, and you can pick "Necessary only".
- Block cookies for this site in the browser. Pages and the request form keep working; your visits simply are not counted.
Withdrawing consent does not affect counting that happened before you changed your mind — that is how GDPR and the ePrivacy rules treat withdrawal of consent.
Do cookies hold what I type into the request form?
No. Your name, email and case details go to us only when you submit the form, and they are not written into any cookie. How we use and store that data, and how to have it deleted, is described in the Privacy Policy.
