What is the same for Indian and Pakistani applicants?
Everything that the law decides. The employer applies to the Employment Agency; a labour market test applies unless your job falls into an exempt category. Only after that approval do you apply for a type D long-stay visa, and after arrival the Migration Directorate issues the single permit — for up to 3 years14.

Bulgaria work visa processing time: where the queue is
No official total processing time is published for the single permit, so any quote of “visa in 30 days” is a guess or a sales line. What you can control is the part before filing: a complete employer file and home-country documents that do not bounce back.

Bulgaria work visa fees for Indians and Pakistanis
Pay nobody for a “job plus visa” until you can see the employer’s name in the Bulgarian commercial register.
State and consular fees for the single permit are not published in our reference data, so we print no number. The employer’s application is the employer’s matter; no agent in India or Pakistan can issue a Bulgarian permit or buy a faster decision.
A “Bulgaria work visa from Pakistan price” or “package for Indians” that bundles a job, a visa and a date is a recruiter’s product, not a Bulgarian fee.
