What do people ask about our fees?

Is the work permit fee paid by me or by the employer?

Either. Our quote names who is invoiced, and many employers pay it as part of the offer. The permit itself is issued for up to {{programs.work_permit.validity}}, and the employer must pay at least the minimum monthly wage of {{tax.extra.minimumWage}}.

What is not included in the price?

Government and registry fees, notary fees, certified translations and apostilles. Each package lists its exclusions under “Not included”.

What changes the final quote?

Three things: how many documents need translating or legalising, whether we deal with one authority or several, and how many people are on the file. A second family member on a permit adds a second file. A company that crosses the VAT threshold of {{tax.vatRegistrationThreshold}} adds a VAT registration.

When is the price agreed?

When you accept our written quote. Before that, nothing is filed and nothing is charged. If the scope of the case changes, we send a new quote first.

Service not listed?

Residence by investment, the digital nomad permit and payroll are priced per case. Describe yours in two lines.

  2. You receive the document list for your situation, with what needs an apostille or a certified translation marked.
